Lindell Flower Farm is located in New Hartford—at the top of a Hill in Connecticut’s scenic Northwest Corner.
Home to 7 acres of pristine property, Lindell Flower Farm is owned by husband & wife team, Scott & Debra Lindell. Once known as The Goodwin Place, then part of a large farm in the 1800s, the 5 acre parcel & main house were acquired in 2004, with the adjacent 2 acres including a small cottage added in 2008.
Scott & Debra have always successfully gardened on a large, nearly farm-size scale; The summer of 2015 they decided to take their shared passion to the next level & grow flowers professionally.
Using organic farming methods & safe, sustainable techniques, Lindell Flower Farm offers specialty cut flowers such as:
Ammi, Artemesia, Cosmos, Dahlia, Delphinium, Dusty Miller, Foxglove, Lavender, Lilac, Lily of the Valley, Mint, Peony, Poppy, Scabiosa, Sedum, Snapdragon, Sunflower, Yarrow, Zinnia & so much more!
The Lindells celebrated their 23rd anniversary May 2016 & live happily with their 5 feline children Clark, Oliver, Giles, Odin & Thor.
Lindell Flower Farm will be an example of a profitable, sustainable, successful farm business. We will run a lean farm, which will be bountiful & beautiful, something to be desired by our successors. We will strive to inspire future farmer florists. Our community will see us as responsible stewards of the land.
“If you look the right way, you can see that the whole world is a garden.”
― Frances Hodgson Burnett, The Secret Garden
